Develop a vision plan for ministry & Gospel proclamation
Gather a team of GEC’ers to join you in your vision
Present the plan to the Grace Venture Strategy Committee
Request funds for annual budget/projects/trips
Recruit an assistant team leader
Recruit team players
Execute projects/trips
Communications with monthly supported ministries
