Wednesday nights are a lot of fun at
Grace Evan. Although the We have classes for all age
children, birth-fifth grade. The preschool program focuses on scripture as we walk through the Bible and the characters we meet there. There is play time, story time, & craft time with loving teachers ready to welcome your child.
The 1st-3rd grade curriculum is all about scripture memory. This year we are encouraging the families of Grace to jump in and learn scripture together. We have a three year rotating memory verse program filled with verses that will be cornerstones of your child's spiritual walk. The students that learn their verses will be rewarded through a coin system. Even parents will be encouraged to memorize theses scriptures along with their children. We begin Wednesday Night Truth Trek in a large group setting, using wacky skits that bring scripture to life. The evening finishes
with small groups, for more in-depth discussion. Fourth and Fifth graders are divided by boys and girls. Although games and play are a big part of the program, the number one purpose is to build a strong spiritual foundation for these kids before they enter the world of Jr. High. Activities and discussion are geared to help students understand what scripture means in their lives in a very practical way. We understand that Wednesdays can be long days, but our goal is to foster a love of God through scripture memory and Bible precepts. You won’t want to miss it.
